The video was posted on Instagram by a user with the handle name maddythecricketer. The video seems to show Shilpa and her family arguing with a young foreigner.

As per the post, the incident occurred on June 9 when a foreigner, who was eating her food, asked Shilpa and her family not to speak so loudly. She asked them to lower their volume. The post claimed that Shilpa’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra was offended by the request and responded, “You don’t know who we are”.

She also shared a couple of pictures from her birthday celebration, and it looked like a complete blast. The actress was in Croatia with her mother, sister, husband, kids, and a couple of other friends. Looking at the pictures, it is evident that Raj had taken a lot of effort in making it special for his lady love. In the video, it seems Shilpa is saying. “Don’t talk to us, we don’t want to hear you”. However, it is not clear if it was Shilpa or her sister Shamita.

According to the person who posted this video, a girl was eating her food and Shilpa & Co. were talking loudly. The girl asked them to lower their voice and raj Kundra replied by saying, " You don't know who we are" and started arguing.

Fans have also been vocal about this altercation and have expressed their dissatisfaction over the arrogance displayed by their favorite movie star. A netizen took to the comments and wrote, “Well, the guest eating her food didn’t want to hear their (Shilpa & gang's) voice either! What’s to argue? Just lower your voice in a public place.” Another netizen pointed out the unclassy behavior and wrote, “I'm Indian and I love India. However, this is absolute stupidity. How can you show your smartness in a foreign country? If they would have done the same, there would have been so many abuses to the foreigners. That's why the world hates India because of third-class people like this.”
