Salman Khan Breaks Silence on Aishwarya’s Marriage to Abhishek: Salman Khan called allegations against him of being physical with Aishwarya in the past an issue of his private life. He said, "Aap uske bare me kya kahoge sir? I only hope that one knows that I do not believe otherwise. Everyone's private space should be respected. If I go to defend this, then sir, somewhere someone was a part of your life and you'd be denying it." His comments also indicate that he would want to keep his mouth shut rather than try to justify his behavior in the past out of respect for Aishwarya's present family.

The best thing to do is stay silent. Itne saal beet gaye hai, you know, she is someone's wife, married into a big family. I am very happy that she is married to Abhishek. I think Abhishek is a great guy. This is the best thing any ex-boyfriend would want. You don't want, once your friendship is over, you don't want that person to be miserable without you. You want that person to be really really happy without you. So that, ek selfish reason bhi hogya, there's no guilt on your head. But it's the best way to see it. That's how I feel," he says, talking about his positive mentality and good wishes for both Aishwarya and Abhishek after his relationship with them had gone sour.

What was ironic is that she was uttering those bittersweet words when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was at a miserable juncture in her marital life with Abhishek Bachchan. That is even more probable now, when they attended the wedding of Ambani and Radhika Merchant but at different points of time. Aishwarya was spotted with their child Aaradhya, whereas Abhishek was seen with his family members. Moreover, speculation heightened because Abhishek did not wish Aishwarya on her birthday on social media that further intensified the rumors regarding their marriage.

So far this has been the case despite the unflattering rumors regarding the marriage of Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan that have been doing the rounds. Some Adetunji denounced the status of Aishwarya and Abhishek's marriage as the re-release video of Salman Khan's comments is rather aptly timed.
