RSS Backs ‘Operation Sindoor’, Expresses Full Support for Indian Armed Forces

Operation Sindoor: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), has lent its staunch support to the Government of India and the armed forces following the recent commencement of "Operation Sindoor." Operation Sindoor, which began earlier this week, was originally aimed to dismantle the Pakistan-backed terror infrastructure after the April 22 terrorist attack that killed several tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
“We congratulate the central government leadership and our armed forces for decisive action 'Operation Sindoor' taken against Pak-sponsored terrorists and their supporting ecosystem following the cowardly attack on unarmed tourists at Pahalgam. This action to serve justice to aggrieved families and entire country in the brutal massacre of Hindu tourists has enhanced self-respect and morale the whole country,” ANI quoted the RSS as saying in its official statement.

The RSS added, “We totally agree that military action being taken against terrorists, their infrastructure and support systems in Pakistan is necessary and inevitable for security of the country. In this hour of national crisis, the entire country stands with government and armed forces in spirit and action.”
The organisation also completely condemned, in the strongest terms, the recent shelling of a civilian area and religious site by Pakistan at the border.
The RSS stressed the importance of unity and discipline for the public and called upon everyone to fully cooperate with the administration and act on any signs to create disharmony amongst the Indian people.
“In this challenging time, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh appeals to all citizens to ensure full compliance of instructions being given by the government and administration. Along with this, while discharging our sacred civic duty, we all have to be cautious and do not let any conspiracy of anti-national forces to succeed in disrupting social unity and harmony.”
Pakistan escalated tensions with India once again on Thursday by launching missile attacks directed at Jammu, with defence sources mentioning missiles targeting five separate areas, which has been described as being Churchill's “In the same breath as.” Defence sources stated the attack was coordinated like a Hamas-style operation in Israel, where the aircraft launched only low-cost rockets at cities.
The defence sources also mentioned a previous meeting held between the ISI and Hamas last month in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
Pakistan's attempted retaliation comes after India's successful Operation Sindoor where the Indian armed forces struck nine terror sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir on Wednesday, following the attack on April 22 in Pahalgam.
If sources are to be believed, Pakistan was attempting to dispatch swarm drones spanning all regions of the Line of Control and International Border, but thus far, they have failed. During a recent coordinated major counter-drone operation conducted by the Indian Army Air Defence units, around 45-50 drones were neutralized in Udhampur, Samba, Jammu, Akhnoor, Nagrota, and Pathankot due to swift and effective countermeasures, including maximize use of L-70 guns, Zu-23mm, Schilka systems, and integrated counter-UAS technologies.
