Rohit Sharma Emotional After India T20 World Cup Semi-final Win: As India beat England in the second semi-final match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 on Thursday, June 27 at Guyana, the India team captain Rohit Sharma gets emotional and shreds a few drops of happy tears.
After India won against England and advanced to the finals, the cameraman showed Rohit Sharma who was sitting just outside the dressing room. It was also seen that Virat Kholi confronted him by giving him a friendly tap on the shoulder.
As Virat Kohli was getting back to the locker room after shaking hands with the England players, he saw that Rohit Sharma was upset, as a fellow teammate and friend, Virat went to him and encouraged him.

Rohit Sharma was filled with joy as his team has shown the result of all his efforts and sacrifices for the team till now in every way on the big day against England.
Rohit Sharma leading the team as a captain with his experience has shown England the way as India beat the defending champions.
On Thursday, at Guyana India beat England by 68 runs and rose to the final to face off against South Africa on Saturday.
As England won the toss and decided to bowl first, India set a worth chasing target of 171 runs.
It was all possible because of India’s fantastic batting performance, the captain Rohit Sharma smashed 57 runs out of 39 balls followed by Suryakumar Yadav who scored 47 runs out of 36 balls and the all-rounder Hardik Pandya smashed 23 runs in just 13 balls.

When the turn came for England’s batting, Indian spinners showed their cricket spirit by taking six wickets.
The top order was bowled by Axar Patel picking up 3 wickets and then Kuldeep Yadav hit the middle order and picked up 3 wickets too by giving only 19 runs.
India team top bowler Jasprit Bumrah kept his hunger for wickets by taking 2 wickets and gave only 12 runs including the important one of Phil Salt.
England only managed to score 103 runs as no England batter was able to break India’s balling unit.
However, India roars to the final against South Africa on June 29 at Kensington Oval Barbados Stadium, Indian fans have huge expectations from their teams to win the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
