PM Modi visits Kanniyakumari

PM Modi Kanniyakumari Visit: PM Modi has reached Kanyakumari for 45 hours of meditation at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial till Saturday evening.

Videos and photos of Prime Minister Narendra Modi meditating have gone viral on the Internet and his supporters are sharing them throughout social media.

As per the sources, PM Modi began his meditation on Thursday at 6:46 pm at the Dhyan Mandapaminfront of the statue of Swami Vivekananda.

Swami Vivekananda also meditated at the Rock Memorial Dhyan Mandapam which is considered to have a historical and holy significance.

India Today reported that PM Modi will be offered only liquid items during the meditation period such as Coconut water, Mango juice, and many other juices. However, during the meditation period, he will not step outside the Dhyan Mandapam until he completes his meditation.

Kanyakumari is also known as the connection point of the Indian Ocean, the Bay of Bengal, and the Arabian Sea which adds to its main attraction.

PM Modi held this event to spread awareness of national unity and also for the goodwill of his BJP party in the Lok Sabha Election.

Before arriving at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial PM Modi conducted an election campaign in Punjab and prayed at t the Bhagavathi Amman temple.

It is set about 500 meters from Vavathurai Beach in Kanniyakumari which is the southernmost point of mainland India and where the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea, and the Bay of Bengal meet.

PM Modi wants to follow the vision of Swami Vivekananda that is developing India.

Back then during the Lok Sabha elections in 2014, PM Modi also meditated in the Pratapgarh fort and also a cave near the Kedarnath temple in the 2019 elections.
