Nothing Phone 2a Plus Launch: On Thursday, the tech company Nothing has revealed tha launch date of a newer version of its model Nothing 2a. It announced that the Nothing 2a Plus will hit the Indian markets on July 31.

In a tweet, the co-founder of Nothing, Akis Evangelidis said, “Phone (2a) is my favorite product we’ve ever launched. It’s a disruptive offering in a segment that had seen more of the same in recent years, providing a unique user experience true to Nothing in terms of hardware and software, while delivering everything you need in a smartphone.”

He further said, “With Phone (2a) Plus, we had the opportunity to create a beefed-up version for savvy users who demand more processing power, and we also made some improvements that didn’t require hardware design changes.”

“Finally, we wrapped it up with a new kick-ass variant that reflects these upgrades. I’m super excited about the end result!”

The ‘Plus’ signifies that the phone will be an upgradable version of Nothing Phone 2a.

However, the company hasn't revealed much about the phone other than the image of the Nothing Phone 2a Plus.

The image shared by the company signifies that the phone design will be a little different from Nothing Phone 2a but it's not confirmed yet.

It can be assumed that the phone will come with a better display and performance than the Nothing Phone 2a.

The company has introduced the Nothing Phone 2a Plus to compensate its users with the 2024 version with better specs as the much-anticipated Nothing Phone 3 has been delayed and the users are upset with it.

Meanwhile, the Nothing Phone 2a comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro processor and a 6.7-inch AMOLED display along 120 refresh rate. The Nothing Phone 2a features two 50MP cameras on the back and a 32MP camera on the front.

The phone also has up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage with a battery capacity of 5,000mAh.

As the Phone 2a was launched at Rs 23,999, the Phone 2a Plus might cost around Rs 30,000 however it's just an assumption.

However, as the caption on the image shared by the company says "Plus, More, Extra,” so we might expect higher specs than the Nothing Phone 2a.
