There has been a viral video from Udhampur Polling Station. It shows a newlywed couple casting their votes directly at the polling station after their wedding. Social media is buzzing with video footage of Radhika and Sahil dressed up for their wedding.
Udhampur-Kathua in Jammu and Kashmir is currently conducting the election. Despite heavy rain, people are still going to the polling booths. The District Development Commissioner's office in Udhampur has set up a pink polling station, where women are providing their services. There was also a large number of elderly people who voted in the Udhampur-Kathua polling booths.
In Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua, a bride and groom cast their votes with their wedding procession at the Buddhi polling booth.

The Election Commission of India reported a 33.56 percent voter turnout in West Bengal by 11 am, 33.28 percent in Tripura, and 31.65 percent in Meghalaya at 11 am.
