Nephro Care India IPO Allotment Today: Nephro Care India's initial public offering Allotment is all set to be finalized today July 3 and if you are allotted shares then you will receive a bank debit message by the evening.

The Nephro Care India focus is to raise around ₹41 crores from the initial public offering.

The Nephro Care India IPO was released for subscription on June 28 and till now it has received bids for 2,22,98,01,600 shares which amounts to 20,070 crore and is 716 times the number of shares that were offered.

Nephro Care India has offered 31,15,200 shares for public subscription and has received a very good response from investors.

The retail category got a 634.12 times subscription of the 14,44,800 shares that were offered, the non-institutional investor (NII) category received a 1,787.19 times subscription of the 6,19,200 shares that were offered and the QIB category got a 245.14 times subscription than the 8,25,600 shares that were offered.

As of today, the Nephro Care IPO has been finalized and will be listed on the NSE SME on July 5.

As per the reports, the market says that the unlisted shares of Nephro Care India are selling at Rs 180 higher in the grey market.

As it is selling at Rs 180 in the grey market then we can expect 200% listing gains from the public subscription.

Nephro Care India IPO Details

The Nephro Care India IPO issued 45.84 lakh shares, and the price range for each share is set at ₹85 to ₹90. For an application, the smallest lot size is 1600 shares which means that buyers must put a minimum investment of ₹144.
