Priyanka Chopra mother interview media: The virtuoso actress Priyanka Chopra won the Miss Universe 2000 when she was just 18 and ever since she has contributed so much plenty to the film industry.
During an interview with Breaking Stereotypes, Priyanka Chopra's mother Madhu Chopra shared that at first, they were not ready for media attention as they didn’t belong from a film background. She also added that they didn’t expect that had to face the negativity.

In the interview, she said, “We were very new, and we came from another industry. We were both doctors and the film industry was absolutely new to us. We had stars in our eyes and we didn’t think of it as a hell hole. Such negative things didn’t even come to our mind when we came here.”
Priyanka Chopra's mother also added how they got bothered when negative articles about Priyanka started getting attention. She also recalled how Priyanka explained to her what’s was going on.
She further said, “Then we saw the dirt in it and we would feel the pain during the beginning but Priyanka sat us down and told us, ‘Mom, you know me best. So why believe all that rubbish?’ After that everything became alright.”

However, Priyanka Chopra's first film was a Tamil film Thamizhan in 2002 after winning the Miss Universe in 2000. She began her bollywood career after appearing in the film ‘The Hero: Love Story Of A Spy’ in 2003.
After that, she appeared in several films such as Andaaz, Aitraaz, Waqt: The Race Against Time, and Bluffmaster. She began her Hollywood debut with Quantico in 2015.
After appearing in Quantico, she also played many roles in Hollywood films such as Baywatch, A Kid Like Jake, The Matrix Resurrections, and Love Again.
On the Workfront, she will appear in her upcoming film ‘Head of State’ alongside Idris Elba and John Cena.
