Lok Sabha Results Pave Way for Modi Govt 3.0: Prime Minister Narendra Modi became the prime minister for the third time and also the second person besides Jawarhal Lal Nehru to win 3 consecutive Lok Sabha elections.
BJP wins this time with the support of the National Democratic Alliance to get 292 seats for the Lok Sabha Elections.
After also thanking people for their votes while addressing the nation from the BJP headquarters in Delhi, said, “Today’s victory (is) a victory of world’s biggest democracy.”
In a tweet, he also said, “People have placed their faith in NDA, for a third consecutive time! This is a historical feat in India's history. I bow to the Janata Janardan for this affection and assure them that we will continue the good work done in the last decade to keep fulfilling the aspirations of people.”
He further said that in three years, he wants it to be the third biggest in the world, after the US and China.
Now the attention is on N Chandrababu Naidu in Andhra Pradesh and Nitish Kumar in Bihar.
Both these two candidates are very important and hold around 30 seats. Kumar and Naidu both used to be in the NDA but have quit the NDA for their problems.
However, this might deal a huge blow to the BJP-NDA Alliance.

Congress only won 7 seats in Uttar Pradesh and in Maharastra, the party's performance was not so good, on the other hand, BJP's performance in UP only secured 33 seats and unfortunately couldn’t win.
However, the Samajwadi Party scored their win in UP by winning 37 seats.
Rahul Gandhi won both of his seats, Wayanad in Kerala and Raebareli in Uttar Pradesh, by a huge 3.88 lakh votes.
More than a million people voted in the last phase of the Lok Sabha Election across Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Bihar.
