Yash Dayal Toe-Crushing Yorker Leave Sunil Narine in Injury: In the 36th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) suffered an injury scare. A toe-crushing yorker delivered by left-arm pacer Yash Dayal struck Sunil Narine during the current match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).

On Sunday, April 21, RCB skipper Faf du Plessis elected to bowl first after winning the toss.

The ball was delivered by Dayal, targeting the leg stump, and Narine, anticipating its trajectory, moved towards it to block it.

In spite of that, the delivery was impeccably accurate, striking Narine's right foot before he could bring his bat down and causing him to cry out in pain as he sought immediate assistance from the physio.

His previous match against Punjab Kings saw him finish with impressive figures of 23/1, which played a pivotal role in RCB's bowling attack. Dayal picked up the most crucial wicket of Sam Curran, who was in high spirits.
