Iran–Israel War Live Updates: Bulgaria has closed its embassy in Tehran while withdrawing political staff and their families. Bulgarian Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov announced the news on local media outlet Nova, saying the embassy is located “in the immediate vicinity” of an area in Tehran that Israel has told people to leave.
The Bulgarian diplomatic staff and their family members were evacuated by car to neighbouring Azerbaijan, Zhelyazkov added.

As Israel vows to ramp up its response against Iran, Israeli defence minister Yoav Gallant called Supreme Leader Khamenei a “modern-day Hitler.” The US remains considering a possible intervention in the conflict.
The Israel-Iran conflict intensified quickly on Thursday after continuous bombardments rocked both states in the seventh day of the military confrontation. Israel bombed Iran’s Arak heavy water reactor, an important nuclear facility, hours after issuing evacuations. Iran also launched missiles with one of them hitting southern Israel's largest hospital Soroka Medical Center and causing "extensive damage," said officials. Rescuers reported that at least 47 people were hurt by Iranian strikes on Israel.
Senior US officials are reading a potential strike on Iran in the next few days. Bloomberg reported this based on individuals with knowledge of the situation.
The news comes on the heels of US President Donald Trump considering on Wednesday whether the US should enter the conflict and act on behalf of Israel, there are still unknowns as to the US' participation.

“I may do it, I may not do it…I mean, nobody knows what I’m going to do,” said Trump while talking to reporters at the White House.
He also said, “I have ideas as to what to do...I like to make the final decision one second before it’s due because things change, especially with war.”
Some of the most senior European diplomats will meet with Iranian officials for nuclear discussions on Friday, according to Associated Press with some European official with knowledge of the situation, however, there were no plans for US officials to join these discussions.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Chinese president Xi Jinping, also offered mediation between Iran and Israel.
