Pakistan’s Role in Terrorism: New Delhi, May 21 India is set to undertake an ambitious global campaign to disclose Pakistan's alleged role as a global hub for international terrorism. The first batch of all-party Parliamentary delegations will begin their visits overseas from Wednesday, with the delegation led by JD-U leader Sanjay Kumar Jha leaving for Japan tonight.
The delegation's primary purpose is to showcase tangible evidence of Pakistan-sponsored terrorism and justify India's recent military operation (Operation Sindoor).
The delegation consists of MPs from across the political spectrum including Aparajita Sarangi and Brij Lal from the BJP, Abhishek Banerjee and John Barla from the Trinamool Congress (TMC), and Salman Khurshid from the Congress, and will be visiting five countries in East and Southeast Asia including Japan (May 22), South Korea (May 24), Singapore (May 27), Indonesia (May 28) and Malaysia (May 31).
The global campaign follows India's recent declaration to end ceasefire declared under 'Operation Sindoor' after the recent terror attack in Pahalgam.
India aims to brief the world on Pakistan's alleged support for cross-border terrorism through a broadly based diplomatic push of leaders from various political parties.
