Ideal IPR Protection Pvt Ltd and Delhi Police Raid in Mangolpuri: The Ideal IPR Protection Pvt Ltd along with the Delhi police executed a raid operation in the Mangolpuri area in Delhi at a factory that was alleged to be manufacturing fake goods in the name of Campus, a shoe brand.
An FIR has been registered against the company at the Raj Park police station in outer Delhi. As per the reports, the factory owner, Balender Yadav has been taken into custody.
The report also states that Balender Yadav was the son of Bigu Yadav and a resident of Rohini Sector 21. He was allegedly manufacturing fake goods in the name of the famous shoe brand ‘Campus’.
As per the inside sources, the Ideal IPR Protection Agency set up a trap to catch the scammers. The agency first caught the members transporting the counterfeit goods and then took them to the factory and arrested everyone.
The reports stated that Ideal IPR Protection Pvt Ltd along with the Delhi police in the raid operation seized fake goods, logo stickers, cardboard, and several other items.
The Ideal IPR Protection Pvt Ltd agency Director Director Syed Mashkur Hussain stated that the agency provides services for many companies and that they have received information that shoes, slippers, logos, and several other items were being manufactured in the name of ‘Campus’ brand.
The Director further added, “Our team first did a recce. After that, when the information became confirmed, we contacted the outer district of Delhi Police. Taking police force from the regional police station, we raided T-441, Plot No. 155, Lal Dora Mangolpuri. There we found fake goods being made in the name of Campus Company. With the help of police, it was seized and an FIR has been registered.”
As per the official report, the value of the fake goods seized is believed to be in lakhs.
