Gold and Silver Rates Today On September 26: On Tuesday, September 24 the gold price for 22-carat is priced at Rs 70,000 per 10 grams while the gold price for 24-carat stands at Rs 76,360 per 10 grams.

Gold and Silver Rates Today On September 26: After an increase in the gold rate the previous day, the gold price today in India has increased for the second consecutive day in the last 24 hours.
On Thursday, September 26 the gold price for 22-carat is priced at Rs 70,000 per 10 grams while the gold price for 24-carat stands at Rs 76,360 per 10 grams.
The 22-carat gold rate in India today went up by Rs 200 compared to the previous day’s price while the 24-carat gold rate today has increased by Rs 240 in the last 24 hours.
Yesterday, the gold rate for 22-carat was priced at Rs 69,800 per gram while the 24-carat gold rate was priced at Rs 76,150 per gram.
The silver price today in India stands at Rs 92,900 per kilogram, the silver price today has decreased by Rs 100 compared to the previous day’s price.
Furthermore, the 22-carat gold price per gram is valued at Rs 6,976, and the 24-carat gold price stands at Rs 7,609 per gram.
On MCX, gold futures contracts maturing on October 2024 were trading at Rs 75,243 per 10 grams, increased by Rs 240. While the silver futures contracts maturing on September 2024 on MCX futures were trading at Rs 92,180 per kg, it went down by Rs 213.

The last big fluctuation in gold and silver rates was noted in July after the announcement of the Union Budget by the Indian government.
The Union Budget which was introduced on the 23rd of July reduced the excise duty taxes which are imposed on gold and silver rate from 15% to 6%, this caused the gold rate in India to decline by Rs 4,000 on the next day.
