Gillette India
The shaving products manufacturer reported that Procter & Gamble Bangladesh Private Ltd has concluded their distribution agreement and it will be effective from December 31, 2024.
The reason behind the termination is because of the decline in Gillette India's net sales.
Hindustan Foods
The FMCG company reported that it plans to merge with a promoter-owned company to improve its manufacture capabilities in Nashik, Maharashtra. The company Avalon Cosmetics Private Ltd (ACPL), which is owned by the Hindustan Foods promoters operates a food factory in Sinnar MIDC, Nashik.

Cartrade Tech
The Warburg Pincus which held an 8.64 percent stake in Cartrade Tech was sold for over Rs 375 crore. The company currently has a 6.4% stake owned by Mirae Asset Mutual Fund.
SBI
SBI Chairman C S Setty said that the Rs 4 trillion credit pipeline by the India INC, expects private capital expenditure to rise.
PC Jeweller
The leading jeweler company reported that it has set up a board of directors meeting on Monday to discuss key matters such as a possible stock split.
Easy Trip Planners
Easy Trip Planners’ promoter Nishant Pitti is expected to sell up to 8.5% stake in the company through block deals with a block size of Rs 622 crore.
Tata Power
The company reported a fire incident in the control room of unit No. 5, which is a 500 MW unit at its Trombay plant on September 25. The company also reported that there have been no casualties but the cause of the fire is being investigated.
