Delhi’s Anti-Corruption Body Serves ‘Submit Proof’ Notice to Kejriwal Over Poaching Charge
Delhi L-G recommended ACB investigation against AAP leaders, after which the Bureau sent teams to the houses of Arvind Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh and Mukesh Ahlawat.

Delhi’s Anti-Corruption Body Serves: In connection with the allegations made by AAP founder, Arvind Kejriwal, that the BJP attempts to lure 16 AAP MLAs into the saffron party with offers of Rs 15 crore, the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Delhi served a notice on him.
The action came a day after Delhi L-G VK Saxena recommended an ACB probe into Kejriwal's allegations. The ACB team also visited the residences of Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh, and Mukesh Ahlawat today to seek proof of their allegations on the eve of the declaration of results in the Assembly polls.

In the notice to Kejriwal, the ACB sought details on 16 AAP candidates who received phone calls regarding the offer of bribes and information about phone numbers from which the calls were made. The anti-graft body also sought evidentiary documents from Kejriwal to substantiate his allegations.
While ACB officials collected evidence in Singh's residence regarding the allegations against the BJP, the AAP leader himself reached the office of the probe agency to record his statement.
BJP had complained to the L-G against AAP for making the alleged accusations that it was dubbing "false and frivolous".
What had AAP alleged?
Kejriwal said that the BJP was offering Rs 15 crores to the AAP MLAs to cross vote as the results of the Assembly polls were to be declared shortly.
“Some agencies are showing that the abusive party is getting more than 55 seats. In the last two hours, our 16 candidates have received calls saying, “Leave AAP and join our party, we’ll make you ministers and give each of you Rs 15-15 crore"," Kejriwal had posted on X on Thursday, a day after the BJP was given a 27-year-old verdict by the Exit Polls to come back to power.
Mukesh Ahlawat, the party's leader, corroborated the statement by saying, "We'd rather die than leave Kejriwal's side."
