Delhi Police Offers Hanuman Jayanti Traffic Advice: On Tuesday, the Delhi traffic police issued advice for Hanuman Jayanti, to help people travel easily. Around 50,000-60,000 people are expected to attend the Hanuman Janmotsav at Hanuman Mandir on Tuesday.

In celebration of Hanuman Jayanti, the traffic police have issued an advisory to help you navigate the city smoothly today, Tuesday, April 23. Be prepared for some congestion!

On Tuesday, the Delhi Traffic Police advised people to travel easily on Hanuman Jayanti. Around 50,000-60,000 people are expected to attend Hanuman Janmotsav at Hanuman Mandir on Tuesday.

Several devotees also gathered at the Hanuman Temple in Delhi's Connaught Place on the occasion to offer prayers and seek blessings from Lord Hanuman, revered for his courage, devotion, and strength.

Approximately 1,000-1,500 people, 7 Raths, and band parties will take part in the Shobha Yatra between 3:00 and 6:00 PM.

Parking is strictly prohibited along Baba Kharak Singh Marg and Outer Circle Connaught Place to avoid traffic jams. Park somewhere else or risk getting towed!

It is planned to close the outer circle Baba Kharak Singh Marg, the roundabout GPO, the roundabout Patel Chowk, and the roundabout Windsor Place.

The following routes should be avoided between 11 am and 9 pm:

• Roundabout GPO to Outer CC
• Baba Kharak Singh Marg
• Outer CC Connaught Place
• Panchkuiyan Road
• Mandir Marg
• Kali Badi Marg
• Ashok Road
• Janpath

Use public transportation to avoid traffic hassles. Traveling to ISBTs, railway stations, or airports will require extra time.

Following these tips and adhering to traffic rules will ensure a smooth and joyous Hanuman Jayanti celebration in Delhi.
