Congress MLA Jignesh Mevani PA and AAP Worker Arrested: On Tuesday, two people were arrested for sharing an edited video of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, including Congress MLA Jignesh Mevani's PA Satish and an AAP worker.
According to several Congress officials, the BJP is planning to scrap reservations based on the doctored video of the Union Home Minister.
We have filed an FIR under sections 505A, 1B, 469, 153A, and IT Act after an edited video of the Union Home Minister was shared on social media from two Facebook profiles.
Satish Vansola had one Facebook profile, and RB Bariya had another.
"We arrested both of the accused yesterday. In the primary investigation, it has come to light that they are associated with political parties. Further investigation is underway."

"I condemn all such actions, but no one should be targeted selectively during elections," said Congress MLA Jignesh Mevani.
"Satish is like my brother and I am proud to have a friend like him. But he is never a person who deliberately does anything with bad intentions. I have known him closely for 6 years."
The Assam Police have also arrested a Congress worker in this case.
Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy was summoned by the Delhi Police on Wednesday over a doctored video of Home Minister Amit Shah, sources said.
They said seven others have also been served notices to join the inquiry. Mr Reddy, while snubbing the Delhi Police action, claimed the cops are "new tools for the BJP".
