BJP launches its Manifesto: In New Delhi, the BJP unveiled its manifesto, 'Modi's Guarantee: Developed India 2047', which focused on cultural nationalism, development, prosperity, women, youth, and farmers.

Over 1.5 million suggestions were reviewed by the manifesto committee. The Lok Sabha elections will be held between April 19 and June 1, 2024.

On a stage decorated with a bust of BR Ambedkar and the Constitution, the Prime Minister, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and BJP chief JP Nadda unveiled the party's manifesto.

In the manifesto, the Prime Minister focuses on the dignity of life, the quality of life, the quantity of opportunity, and the quality of opportunity in Viksit Bharat.

According to the Prime Minister, the government will provide free electricity through solar power and piped gas to all homes.

BJP national president J P Nadda said that the government's recent successes, including abrogating Article 370 of the Constitution and enacting the women's reservation law, were a direct result of a clear mandate from the people.

Free rationing will be extended by five years, Ayushman Bharat and PM Awas Yojana will be expanded, and drinking water will be provided to every home, according to the manifesto.

It said the government would continue to raise the Minimum Support Price for crops periodically, establish new clusters for essential production, and build more storage facilities.

Rajnath Singh, the defense minister, said Modi's guarantees were like 24-carat gold, and BJP's manifesto was like the gold standard.

The BJP's key electoral slogan, 'Modi ki guarantee', he reiterated, is "a guarantee that all guarantees will be fulfilled".

It was the Narendra Modi government's decisive steps that helped India recover from the impact of the Covid pandemic, according to the BJP chief.

India made two vaccines and 220 crore doses within nine months and helped other countries get them.

Visit Bharat is a roadmap that the BJP drafted based on 15 lakh suggestions.

According to Singh, the BJP fulfilled its pledges before the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Among its key achievements were the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, the passage of the women's reservation Bill, and the construction of the Ayodhya Ram Temple.
