United Airlines Sued: An Orthodox Jewish flyer is suing United Airlines, claiming a pilot got him arrested after yanking him out of the bathroom with his pants still down because he was taking too long while constipated.
New Jersey traveler Yisroel Liebb, 20, was 30 minutes into a flight from Mexico to Texas when he got up to use the restroom — with his seatmate, Jacob Sebbag, raising concerns with the crew when he hadn’t returned 20 minutes later, according to his lawsuit.
Liebb told the attendant he was merely “experiencing constipation” and would be out shortly — but 10 minutes later, the pilot demanded he leave immediately, the filing said.

Liebb, 20, contends he was subjected to physical injuries, extreme emotional distress, and anxiety, and says in his complaint that he feels “sexually violated and embarrassed after having been publicly exposed in the nude.”
Confrontation in the lavatoryAccording to the lawsuit, Liebb, an Orthodox Jew, was experiencing constipation and remained in the airplane restroom for approximately 20 minutes. A flight attendant asked his seatmate, Jacob Sebbag, to check on him, to which Liebb responded that he was fine and would be out soon. However, after another 10 minutes, the pilot personally intervened, allegedly yelling at Liebb and demanding he exit immediately.

When Liebb insisted he needed more time, the pilot reportedly became enraged, broke the lock, and forcibly removed him from the restroom with his pants still around his ankles, exposing him to other passengers and flight attendants. The lawsuit claims Liebb suffered physical injuries during the removal, hitting his head and legs against the door frame.
However, the report continued, 10 minutes later the pilot approached the restroom and "began yelling loudly at Liebb, demanding he leave the bathroom immediately,” then turned to Sebbag and “began loudly demanding he force Liebb out of the bathroom,” the suit continued.
Ultimately, the pilot broke open the door and dragged Liebb out of the bathroom with his pants lowered, according to the complaint, and the pilot allegedly proclaimed he'd have both Liebb and Sebbag arrested and raging about how "Jews act."
Liebb was turned over to Customs and Border Protection after the flight landed in Houston, upon which, alleged the complaint, agents told him, “You have no rights here.”
Neither United Airlines nor CBP offered any substantive comment on the alleged incident, the Independent reported.
