Tata Motors
The company has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the merger of Tata Motors Finance Ltd (TMFL) and Tata Capital Ltd (TCL). The merger plan was declared in June and will see TCL absorb TMFL via a scheme of arrangement filed with the National Company Law Tribunal, and TCL emerging as the surviving firm.
IREDA
The International Financial Services Centre Authority (IFSCA) has granted preliminary registration as a finance business to IREDA Global Green Energy Finance IFSC Ltd.
Axis ans HDFC Bank
The Reserve Bank of India said that it has imposed monetary fines on two banks, Axis Bank Ltd and HDFC Bank Ltd because it was unable to comply with various regulatory requirements. On September 3, 2024, Axis Bank was fined ₹1.91 crore, while HDFC Bank faced a penalty of ₹1 crore.
Wardwizard Healthcare
The company reported that it will hold a board meeting on September 16 and the meeting will discuss the proposal for raising capital through equity shares, convertible securities, or other eligible instruments.

Pidilite Industries
The company confirmed its association with Dhaval Buch, Agora Advisory stating that it used Dhaval Buch's services in FY20 and there have never been any SEBI inquiries or proceedings involving the company.
IndiGo
The airlines reported that it was able to lower the penalty of Rs 1.2 crore due to regulatory breaches imposed by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). After the appeal by the company, BCAS has reduced the penalty to Rs 70 lakhs as of August 12.
PC Jeweller
PC Jeweller reported that on September 6 it recieved a return of Rs 67.54 crore from the Income Tax Department which was credited to its account.
