Prabhas Kalki 2898 AD Movie Review Box Office Collection Day 1- Stuns with Rs 61 Crore Debut Praised as Hollywood-Grade Masterpiece

Prabhas Kalki 2898 AD Movie Review Box Office Collection Day 1: On its first day at the box office collection of the iconic film Kalki 2898 AD is expected to start with Rs 200 cr.

The Telugu film Kalki 2898 AD starring Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas was released in theatre on Thursday and received overwhelmingly positive reviews from all over India.

As per the reports, the film has already earned around Rs 55 crore from just its advanced bookings. But the profit is expected to go much higher in the upcoming days.

The report also states that from the Rs 50 crore that the film has already earned, Rs 44 crore only came from the Telugu version of the Kalki 2898 AD.

Despite the film being only shown on 8.2k screens it has earned $3.5 million from its first showings. Telangana has the highest audience almost 73% and out of 2,586 shows in the state, 1871 of them are almost full.

It is then followed by Andhra Pradesh out of 3,188 shows, 64 percent of them are almost full. In Hyderabad, 'Kalki 2898 AD' broke the record for the most advanced bookings and earned around Rs 15.84 crore from 1,648 shows.

The film Kalki 2898 AD has earned around Rs 8.6 crore from its Hindi version. In Delhi itself, there are 1,322 shows out of which 72 are full.

The film has broken all the records in its North American premiere, it has also crossed the mark set by SS Rajamouli's film RRR

Prabhas-starrer Kalki 2898 AD has earned Rs 31 crore from the pre-sales in North America. As the iconic film has already earned Rs 55 crore from advance booking, if the taxes are deducted then Kalki 2898 AD has made a profit of Rs 21.17 crore.

Kalki 2898 AD is also expected to cross the Rs 223 crore mark made by SS Rajamouli’s RRR film and which is followed by Baahubali 2 and KGF 2 which has already earned Rs 217 crore and Rs 159 crore on the opening day.
