A viral video on the Internet showed fans going crazy and shouting in excitement at a screening and even outside theatres.

As per the reports, the film has already sold around 19 lakh tickets and has already made Rs 50 crore from advance bookings.

However, among the actors and actresses in the film, Prabhas received the most praise from the audience. After his fantastic performances in Radhe Shyam Sahoo, and Adipurush, Prabhas has made a huge comeback with Kalki 2898 AD.
