Mahila Congress Chief Calls on PM Modi To React, Alka Lamba says Sex Scandal Shakes Conscience of Kannadigas.
Mahila Congress Chief Calls on PM Modi To React: Alka Lamba of the Mahila Congress has accused the BJP and JD(S) of keeping silent over the alleged sex scandal involving Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna.
According to Lamba, hundreds of women have been sexually harassed, violated, and even brutalized by Revanna in over 3000 videos.
He was the NDA candidate in Hassan Lok Sabha constituency as the grandson of JD(S) supremo and former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda.
In Karnataka, the Congress government has formed a Special Investigation Team to investigate the alleged sex scandal. Lamba has accused the BJP and JDS of shameless silence and apathy.
According to her, women are seen pleading for mercy in the videos, but the MP continues to brutalize and sexually abuse them.
According to Lamba, Prime Minister Narendra Modi endorsed the acts of this sexual predator MP Prajwal Revanna during his campaign in Old Mysuru Region on April 14th, 2024.
She had earlier urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to engage the German government to apprehend Janata Dal Secular Lok Sabha member Prajwal Revanna, who is reportedly hiding in Germany after sexual harassment videos circulated.
Asserting that the Central Government led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) played a part in Revanna's and his son's escape, Lamba urged Modi to instruct immigration points to prevent their escape.
Lamba assured the victims that the Mahila Congress would stand by them in their quest for justice and keep their identities confidential.
