A triangular contest is set to unfold on the Lok Sabha seat in Kurukshetra, where the BJP has grown in popularity. Polling for all ten Haryana Lok Sabha seats will take place on May 25.

BJP Candidate Naveen Jindal Files Nomination from Kurukshetra: Naveen Jindal, BJP candidate for Kurukshetra, filed his nomination papers on Thursday in the presence of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.
The AAP-INDIA alliance has fielded Sushil Gupta from Kurukshetra.
Kurukshetra Lok Sabha seat in Haryana, however, is being contested by the BJP, the INDIA bloc, and the INLD this time.

Despite rising vote shares in the last decade, the BJP faces a tough challenge.
The Congress won Eight elections, two by the INLD, and two by the BJP. The BJP won the seat in 2014 and 2019.
As a result of anti-incumbency, the BJP faces tough competition despite its higher vote share.
According to the 2019 Kurukshetra electoral results, the BJP received 55.98% of the votes, up from 54.98% in 2009.
Congressional vote share decreased from 25.33% to 24.71% from 2014 to 2019. The INLD's vote share dropped from 25.39% in 2014 to 4.93% in 2019.
All 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana will be voted on May 25, and results will be announced on June 4.
