Telugu 360 reported that the movie would feature a star-studded ensemble from both Bollywood and the South film industry. Reports suggest that megastar Amitabh Bachchan will play an extended cameo role.
“Tollywood actor Venkatesh Daggubati is also in talks for a lead role and is expected to wrap up his portions in 35 days. Along with Amitabh and Venkatesh, Fahadh Faasil is also said to be in talks for a key role in Syndicate. Manoj Bajpayee and Anurag Kashyap have given their nods for other important roles. Whereas on Saturday, Ram Gopal via X, earlier known as Twitter, put an end to the rumors surrounding the casting of his new film Syndicate. The director termed the claims incorrect and stated that he would share the details once they were in order.
“There are all kinds of speculations going around the casting of SYNDICATE film which are all completely FALSE,” Ram Gopal wrote on social media. He added, “Will share the details when ready”.

What we know about Syndicate
Ram Gopal states that the film will see the beginnings of a very powerful criminal organization generated from the ruin of India itself. In his post on X, he added that although street gangs were the biggest threats in India of yore, the real danger today is the formation of a severely powerful syndicate aligning numerous factions of political forces, law enforcement, ultra-rich businessmen, and military personnel.
According to the director's post, Syndicate would show how the deep polarization within this country could be the fertile breeding ground for the emergence of such a dangerous group. Ram Gopal was quick to clarify for the audience: Syndicate is not a supernatural horror film, but rather a study in the ghastly potential behind human beings. He guarantees that Syndicate will not scare audiences due to any supernatural elements but instead because it talks about the dark truths of human nature and gives out a premonition of horror to be in the future.
As Ram Gopal puts it, “Crime and terror never die; they keep coming back in more deadlier forms”. At the end of his post, the filmmaker wrote: “I took a VOW to WASH AWAY all my CINEMA SINS that I committed over the PAST FEW YEARS with this JUST one SINGLE film called SYNDICATE.”
