A fortress for the elite
Aerie, named for the breeding areas of birds of prey, will afford White House-level security, AI-driven medical suites, and a vast network of luxury bunkers across 50 US cities that are currently in the works in 1,000 affiliate destinations across the globe. The first will open in Virginia next year and is expected to cost roughly $300 million to build.
"We created Aerie to provide protection to vulnerable clients who want more than a fortified home or yacht," said Al Corbi, founder and president of Strategically Armoured & Fortified Environments (SAFE) is the Virginia-based company that built the mansion. "Our residences will offer the ultimate in privacy and security, blending high-end luxury with life-saving protection."
Unmatched protection and opulence
The bunkers would offer protection from severe global threats such as nuclear fallout and electromagnetic pulses. Each residence will have SCIF-compliant (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) settings that provide the most comprehensive safety and discretion for the clients.
Aerie promises to provide everything from AI-led medical suites to gourmet dining, wellness programs, and high-class comforts, including swimming pools, cold plunge spas, bowling alleys, and climbing walls. The individual bunkers will cost up to $20 million each, and the first location in Virginia will house 625 of the world's wealthiest people in times of global crisis.

Multiple membership options
Naomi Corbi, SAFE's director of medical preparedness, said that Aerie will come with levels of membership, including one tier affordable for a "moderately successful CEO" and higher-tiered "Asylum Membership" only for those who have been invited. Residences will range from 2,000-square-foot suites all the way up to underground penthouses of 20,000 square feet.
The bunkers will feature multilayer biometric authentication, improved security procedures, and hardened elevators that transport inhabitants to their subterranean abodes, some as deep as 200 feet below ground. The apartments and suites will all be underground, apart from a rooftop penthouse that promises to be the epitome of luxury, survival, and exclusivity.
These panoramic virtual views and upscale medical care
In addition to a world-class secure installation, it will have interactive walls, ceilings, and lighting simulating a panoramic view-creating an illusion of existence on the edge of a cliff. The underground spaces would include an interactive swimming pool, wellness facilities, and medical services such as a hyperbaric chamber and robot-managed therapies.
