Zomato Got Pookie Support: A chat between a Zomato support executive and an entrepreneur is creating quite the chatter on social media, with the crisp and compassionate reply of the support person to an incorrectly delivered order of chai putting smiles on everyone's faces.
On a post from X, YouTuber/entrepreneur Ishan Sharma wrote about a chat between him and an executive after he ordered chai and was supposed to come with jaggery, but it did not. The conversation shared on social media showed his genuine attempt to resolve a seemingly small issue. "

When the customer spoke of how he was unable to enjoy his chai in thatthere's jaggery missingThere was no jaggery in the chai. The executive said, "Sir..! I request you to have the chai..! I can initiate the refund for the jaggery.”
Then he suggested he would refund the amount of jaggery for him. Admittedly, it was only ₹6, but the executive, despite being gentle, maintained his professional tone mostly. But when the customer said he could not have the chai without jaggery, there was a twist to the executive's reply: it became shockingly personal.
"I know how it feels in the morning and without tea it makes us feel lost," he wrote.
"Please sir..! Just for today I request you to have the chai! I don’t want you to feel like this," he implored the customer.

It is his sincere words and honest attempts to make the customer feel better, which made him an online hero, with the entrepreneur naming him Zomato's "pookie support".
"They know that you're single that's why special pookie support for you," joked one user.
Others said the executive was too dedicated to advancing with his sincere but more often adorable efforts. "Zomato's got that personal touch," quipped another user.
