YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki has resigned. The move comes after nine years at the helm of the world's largest online platform. He gave this information in a blog post. After Susan's resignation, Indian-origin Neil Mohan, YouTube's chief product officer, will be its new head.
Wojcicki Susan, 54, said she was resigning due to family, health and personal reasons. Susan was previously Senior Vice President of Advertising Products at Google and took over as CEO of YouTube in 2014. She was one of Google's earliest employees and was associated with Alphabet Inc., the parent company of Google, for nearly 25 years. Prior to Google, Wojcicki worked at Intel Corp and Bain & Company.
