Rajasthan News - Women raped by ex-husband in Rajasthan

The women from Rajasthan raped by his ex husband in the front of current husband, the woman was returning home with a man she is living with along with the child and her small sister when her former brother-in-law and four other waylaid them near chajawar village on Saturday night as they said.

A woman was allegedly raped by the brother of a man she had married and after that she left the Rajasthan ‘s Baran district as police said on Monday on 15th march 2021.

When the culprits took their family members near by the field, they started attacking the man and they tied his hands and leg up with a rope .the main accused then he raped the woman in the front of her current husband the statement is given by DSP YOGENDER SINGH.

Her former brother in law and two of effectuate were detained on Sunday as he said.

The officer said the woman. In her age of twenties, she left her first husband after that she was unable to beget a child, then she remarried through NATA PRATHA which is tradition which means relation can be without any wedding ceremony.

According to police the accused is fled from the spot after the crime the woman with the child and sister get face difficulties to reach main road and to sought help from passers by that road.

The people who were present at that spot they informed police about the incident.

The police has filed abduction for the five people and now the case is under the Indian penal code

The victim is under the medical examination it was conducted on Sunday and all her statement was recorded in atrus station house officer Ramakrishna said. Victim and her former husband had field complaints against each other for the past investigation into the case in also under the SHO also investigate case.
