WHO revokes Covid-19’s pandemic status

New Delhi: The World Health Organization (WHO) Friday stated that the COVID-19 does not qualify as a global emergency any longer, which shattered the whole world and claimed over 7 millions lives.
WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said, “It’s with great hope that I declare COVID-19 over as a global health emergency,” reported the news agency AP.
“That does not mean COVID-19 is over as a global health threat,” he added.
The Coronavirus exposed to world in Decemeber 2019 from China’s Wuhan city. The virus led to a devastating situation across the globe which left millions dead while many in thousands ended up in ICU but recovered.
