West Bengal News: ED raids 6 places in Kolkata, around Rs 7 crore recovered

ED has once again made a big breakthrough in raids in Kolkata. ED raids have been conducted at 6 places here and about Rs 7 crore cash has been recovered. Counting of notes is still going on.

According to the information received, a person named Aamir Khan had created a gaming application. The name of this application was E-Nuggets. Initially people were given commission through this application. Through this application, a person named Aamir Khan duped many people of crores of rupees.

CBI launched a search operation at the minister's house in West Bengal. Recently, in the coal theft case, the CBI team had reached Minister Malay Ghatak's house in Asansol for investigation and questioning. The Central Security Force personnel had surrounded the house of the Malay Ghatak. CBI officers were conducting a search operation at Malay Ghatak's house. CBI raids had run at 6 locations of Minister Malay Ghatak. In this 5 locations were from Calcutta and 1 was from his house in Asansol.

Recently, the Income Tax Department had raided 110 locations across the country. These raids were conducted at about 10 locations in Delhi-NCR, in which some advocates, CAs were also involved. These people used to convert the donations of political parties from black to white. Apart from this, there were raids in 50 places in Rajasthan. This is related to the Red Mid Day Meal case.

At the same time, raids were conducted at 20 locations in Bangalore. This raid is in a separate case and took place on the hospitals of the businessman Manipal Group. Apart from this, Income Tax raids were conducted at about 10 locations in UP, 7 locations in Chhattisgarh and more than 12 locations in Madhya Pradesh.

There was a raid on the premises of big businessmen in Jaipur and more than 50 places were being raided by IT. More than 300 policemen were involved in the Income Tax raid and CRPF personnel were also taken along for security here. There were also raids in Mumbai, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Delhi regarding the mid-day meal scam.
