Wearing of mask is mandatory in Delhi Metro too

Masks have been made mandatory as soon as corona grows in Delhi, along with this, an order has been issued to fine Rs 500 for not wearing Masks. Delhi Metro has also made it mandatory to wear a mask. Now metro passengers will also be required to wear masks in the metro, although the matter of fine has not been cleared. The guidelines issued by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) will be strictly followed in the metro for the prevention of corona. No one will be allowed to enter and travel in the metro premises without wearing a mask. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) says that it is mandatory for passengers to wear masks. Special teams have been deployed to ensure this.

Action will be taken against those who violate the rules by conducting surprise inspections at metro stations and trains. Along with this, the passengers will be made aware about this. Even after the provision of fine for not wearing a mask, passengers were negligent in the metro. Many people were traveling without wearing masks. Now DDMA has once again made it mandatory to wear masks in Delhi Metro.
