Russian President Vladimir Putin is coming to India today for the 21st annual India-Russia conference. The two leaders will meet for the first time since the BRICS summit in Brasilia in November 2019.
During the conference, the two sides exchanged views on current topics on the international agenda, including joint work within the G20, BRICS and SCO, focusing on the further development of the ties of the particularly privileged strategic partnership between the two countries are supposed to.
According to reports, India and Russia are expected to sign more than 10 agreements after the annual talks between PM Modi and President Putin. These agreements will be in the field of space, culture, science and technology, defense etc.
