Virat Kohli's duck in his 150th inning reminds fans of Sachin Tendulkar’s dismissal
Sachin Tendulkar has also got out on zero while playing the 150th innings of his test match career.

Indian captain Virat Kohli got out without scoring a single run in his 150th innings while playing against England in Chennai.
It reminded master blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s 150th inning when he had also got out on a duck.
Kohli is the third batsman from India and 9th in international cricket who didn’t score any run in his 150th test.
The English team is on a tour to India to play a four-test match series. England won the first test match and the second is being played at the MA Chidambaram stadium in Chennai.
India won the toss and decided to bat first. The Indian team started miserably as it lost Shubman Gill when the team’s score was zero. Chateshwar Pujara replaced Gill and he also couldn’t bat for long. He got out at 21 when India’s score was 85.
The most unfortunate turn in the game was Kohli’s embarrassing cover drive on Moeen Ali’s tempting delivery which got him clean bowled.
Kohli looked in complete disbelief and clueless. He gestured at the umpire and Rohit Sharma at the non-striker end to let him know if he was out.
Initially, it looked like the wicketkeeper gloves hit the bails but the action replay showed how Ali’s classic off-break disturbed the bails and dismissed Kohli at zero.
This was the 11th occasion in Kohli’s test career that he returned to the pavilion without scoring any run. He is the third Indian batsman who scored a duck in his 150th innings. Before him, Schain Tendulkar and Gundappa Viswanath had scored ducks in their 150th innings.
