VIDEO: When asked for salary, Owner Hits Employer With Rod, FIR Lodged
Apu Saha, who owns a garment store in Agartala, was caught on camera assaulting a former employee Surajit Tripura with an iron rod when the latter asked for his pending salary for the month of October.
When the employee of a showroom in Agartala, Tripura asked for their salary, the owner beat him up. The accused slapped her and beat her with a rod. After the video of this incident went viral, the victim lodged an FIR.
According to the police, the victim Surjeet used to work in the showroom of the accused Apu Saha. When he asked Apu for the outstanding salary of three months, he along with another employee Sagar Das misbehaved with Surjeet. Surjeet had lodged a complaint with the West Agartala police station on November 7.
It can be seen in the video that the victim repeatedly pleads for mercy, but there is no effect on the attackers. They keep beating him continuously. There are no clothes on the victim's body. At the same time, the showroom owner has an iron rod in his hand, with which he is beating him. Once the victim tried to escape by holding an iron rod, he was slapped.
