The Chief Minister’s workplace shared the records on its Twitter handle. “UP CM Shri Yogi Adityanath has determined to rename Faizabad Railway Junction as ‘Ayodhya Cantt’,” stated the CMO.
The BJP government had additionally modified the name of Allahabad to Prayagraj and Mughalsarai junction as Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay junction.
It will be known as the Ayodhya Cantt railway station, the tweet said, adding that the choice was taken by the chief minister. Earlier in 2018, the Yogi Adityanath government had renamed Faizabad as Ayodhya.
