According to the report of The Times of India, the accused Sinku alias Ajay Kumar is accused of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl in the premises of a private school in Varanasi.

Police will now initiate action in this matter under NSA.
According to the report, Sinku, who worked as a sweeper in the school, sexually assaulted the girl when she went to the toilet. The accused carried out the incident after finding the girl studying in the third grade alone. On coming home, the girl narrated the whole incident to her mother.
On the complaint of the girl's parents, Sigra police have registered an FIR under IPC section 376 and POCSO Act.The DCP said that after the accused was identified, eight police teams were successful in nabbing him. The accused was caught within three hours.
Varanasi Police Commissioner, A Satish Ganesh has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the matter, which will be headed by Deputy Police Commissioner Vikrant Veer.
