US strikes destroyed only one of three Iranian nuclear sites
The US hit Iranian nuclear sites, it only destroyed one of three facilities dealing in enrichment work, and it put the enrichment program within those facilities "years behind".

Last month when the US hit Iranian nuclear sites, it only destroyed one of three facilities dealing in enrichment work, and it put the enrichment program within those facilities "years behind", according to an American report provided to the NBC News on Thursday.
In addition, report quoted that the US central command had developed a plan that was much larger to attack Iran by hitting three other sites instead of the one strike in one night. But when the idea was presented to US President Donald Trump, he eventually shot it down, expressing fears of a strong possibility of heavy casualties on both sides and the unwillingness to increase US military presence in foreign countries, which was the same approach he has taken in general towards foreign policy as far as the US is concerned

This is following Trump saying that a mission to destroy Iranian nuclear sites; code-named the Operation Midnight Hammer had totally destroyed the installation and ruled out any contrary report as fake.
Similarly, even the Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell asserted that in the process, all the nuclear sites of Iran were destroyed leading to "complete and total destruction of Iranian nuclear sites in Fordo, Isfahan, and Natanz."
“The credibility of the Fake News Media is similar to that of the current state of the Iranian nuclear facilities: destroyed, in the dirt, and will take years to recover. President Trump was clear and the American people understand: Iran’s nuclear facilities in Fordow, Isfahan, and Natanz were completely and totally obliterated. There is no doubt about that,” NBC News quoted him saying in a statement.
On June 22, US staged a synchronised military attack by attacking major nuclear installations of Iran at Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan through Operation Midnight Hammer.

Intelligence officials think that attack on Fordo could have delayed Iran enrichment activities in the plant by as many as two years. The success stories have been heavily publicized whereas the strikes of Natanz and Isfahan were less reported, in part due to officials knowing that most of the important structures at the targets could be too far underground even to reach with the powerful GBU-57 bunker buster bombs, only of which type were launched into combat during the operation.
Appraising the operation, Trump had said in a post on TruthSocial, “Monumental damage was done to all nuclear sites in Iran, as shown by satellite images. ‘Obliteration’ is an accurate term! The white structure shown is deeply embedded into the rock, with even its roof well below ground level, and completely shielded from flame. The biggest damage took place far below ground level. Bullseye!!!"
