US President Joe Biden became Corona positive, PM Narendra Modi wished him a speedy recovery

The wave of corona is not decreasing. Many countries of Europe including America and Britain are in the grip of it. According to the latest information, US President Joe Biden has become Corona positive. Press Secretary Karin Jean-Pierre said the 79-year-old, who has been fully vaccinated and received a booster jab twice, is experiencing "very mild symptoms" and will continue to carry out all his duties.

In a press briefing at the White House on Thursday, Ms Jean Pierre said Mr Biden continued to work throughout the day and held calls with several US mayors and government officials. Dr Jha said Mr Biden's immunization status meant his risk of serious illness was "dramatically low", and further reduced by the anti-viral medication he was now taking. He said Mr Biden would return to normal activities after testing a negative. The White House medical unit will notify all close contacts of the president during the day, Ms Jean-Pierre said earlier, including any members of Congress or members of the press who accompanied Mr Biden during his visit to Massachusetts on Wednesday. It is not clear where he was infected.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished a speedy recovery of US President Joe Biden, who was infected with Covid-19. Modi said in a tweet, "I wish US President Joe Biden a speedy recovery from the Covid-19 infection. I wish him good health.
