US President Joe Biden has targeted Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying that Russia's invasion of Ukraine is not an attack on just one country but it is an attack on global peace and the whole of Europe.

US President Joe Biden has targeted Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying that Russia's invasion of Ukraine is not an attack on just one country but it is an attack on global peace and the whole of Europe. Addressing the State of the Union, Biden said that we are stronger today than we were a year ago and will be stronger in the future.
Earlier in another address, Joe Biden also underlined the US commitment to the security of NATO allies. During a bilateral meeting with President Sauli Niinisto on Friday amid increasing Russia's aggression against the Eastern European country, Biden said Finland and the US have been in constant touch since recent days. Biden and Ninisto discussed strengthening bilateral ties.
