A US expert said Friday that the first Chinese surveillance balloon the Pentagon found flying over US ballistic missile sites may be guided by AI technology. A second Chinese surveillance balloon was also seen later in Latin America. Kimliam Kim, an expert in the field, told AFP that balloons are an excellent means of surveillance that are difficult to bring down.
