Uproar in Parliament demanding apology from Rahul Gandhi, proceedings adjourned till 2 pm

The second phase of the budget session of Parliament also seems to be a washout like the first. For the past several days, the ruling party and the opposition are not allowing the proceedings of the Parliament to go on due to their respective demands. Meanwhile, today once again there is a possibility of an uproar in the proceedings of the Parliament. At the same time, even before the proceedings started, the government has fielded its minister Hardeep Singh Puri against Rahul.

Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has taken a dig at Rahul Gandhi before the commencement of Parliament proceedings today. He said that everything Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says is false. Puri said that Rahul has done the work of tarnishing the image of India by going abroad. He said that no one can question Indian democracy and press.

Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi has given an adjournment motion in Parliament today regarding the notice of Delhi Police on the speech given by Rahul Gandhi during Bharat Jodo Yatra. Rahul was asked by the Delhi Police to give information about his speech. Government and BJP leaders will once again demand an apology from Rahul Gandhi for his London statement. The government is already an attacker on Rahul's statement on democracy and Indian media and is adamant on his apology. Although, Amit Shah has spoken to the Speaker to end the deadlock, but it does not seem possible at the moment.
