Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has issued an advertisement regarding the Combined State / Senior Subordinate Services (PCS) Examination 2023. According to the short advertisement released by the Commission on Wednesday, March 1, the number of vacancies for the UP PCS exam for the year 2023 is approximately 173. However, the number of vacancies may increase/decrease as per the circumstances/requirement. The detailed notification for PCS Exam 2023 is to be issued by UPPSC on Friday, March 3, 2023.
Through its short notice, the Commission has appealed to the candidates desirous of applying for the UP PCS Exam 2023, to apply only after seeing the detailed advertisement and in case of eligibility. It has been announced by the Commission to start the application process from March 3, that is, the UP PCS Notification 2023 will also be issued by the Commission on Friday itself. According to the posts for the UP PCS exam to be held for the year 2023, information about the desired educational qualification can be taken from the UP PCS notification 2023. However, according to the short release issued by the Commission, only those candidates will be able to apply whose age is not less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 1 July 2023. It means that the candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd July 1983 and not later than 1st July 2002. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories of the state will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
