UPPSC PCS 2021 Result: Atul Singh Topper of Pratapgarh, Soumya Mishra of Unnao district got second place

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission declared the final result of Combined State/ Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Examination-2021 on Wednesday. 627 candidates have been declared successful in the examination conducted for a total of 678 posts. There were 29 different types of posts in this examination of the commission, mainly Deputy District Magistrate (SDM), Deputy Superintendent of Police (CO), Assistant Divisional Transport Officer (ARTO), Block Development Officer (BDO), District Panchayat Raj Officer ( DPRO), Executive Officer Category-1 / Assistant Municipal Commissioner, Superintendent Prison, District Commandant Home Guards, Deputy Registrar, Principal, Deputy Jailor posts are included. According to the secretary of the commission, Alok Kumar, the total number of vacancies for all 29 types of posts is 678. In this, the basis of selection on three types of posts is written examination only, in which the number of posts is 55. Apart from this, the basis of selection for the remaining 26 types of posts is written examination and interview, in which the total number of posts is 623. In this way, against a total of 678 vacancies, 627 candidates have been declared successful.
