UPPCL Junior Engineer Recruitment: Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, UPPCL has invited applications for the Junior Engineer posts. The process of online registration has been started. A total of 173 vacancies have been announced. All the candidates who are eligible and interested for these posts can apply before the last date. The application has started from 12th November and the last date has been fixed as 2nd December.
All eligible and interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official site of UPPCL at upenergy.in. Through this recruitment drive, 173 Junior Engineer (Trainee) Electrical posts under Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) cadre under UPPCL and its DISCOMs, Transco will be filled up.
Applicants should have Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering. For more details refer the candidate notification. Talking about the age limit, then the age of the candidate should be between 18-40 years.
Here's how you can apply.
Log on to the official website of UPPCL, upenergy.in. On the homepage, click on the link “Vacancy/Result”. A new page will appear on the screen APPLY ONLINE FOR THE POST OF “ JUNIOR ENGINEER (TRAINEE) ELECTRICAL” AGAINST ADVT.
Click on the link 07/VSA/2021/JE/ELECTRICAL. On the next page, read the instructions and register yourself. Create Login ID and Password. Fill the required details in the application form and upload the documents. Pay the application fee online and click on 'Submit'. You can download the confirmation page. Take a print out to keep a hard copy of the application form for future reference.
Unreserved/EWS/OBC category candidates have to pay application fee of Rs.1180/-. SC / ST category applicants will have to pay an application fee of Rs 826. PWD category candidates will have to pay Rs.12 as application form. According to UPPCL, the tentative date of examination is 2nd week of January 2022.
The Computer Based Test (CBT) exam will be conducted in the cities of Varanasi, Kanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Meerut. The exam can be conducted till the second week of January.
Selected candidates will be paid as per 7th Pay Commission (Pay Matrix Level-7; Rs 44,900). UPPCL has said that dearness and other allowances will be admissible as per rules.
