The steps to download Aadhaar without a registered mobile number are to Visit the UIDAI official website. Go to the My Aadhaar section. Click on the Order Aadhaar Reprint option. Enter the 12-digit Aadhaar number of 16-digit Virtual Identification Number Then you have to enter the security code. You have to then click on the My mobile number is not registered option. Enter your other number or non-registered mobile number and click on the Send OTP option. Check the terms and conditions box and click on Submit. A screen with Preview Aadhaar Letter will appear. Choose the payment option and download it.
