UP has 9 airports now, Kushinagar will boost international tourism
CM Yogi said work on 11 new airports, which has included two international aerodromes is already in process.

On Wednesday, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adiytanath said after the inauguration of the Kushinagar International airport by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state has nine fully operational airports now. CM Yogi also said that work on 11 airports, which has two international aerodromes, is in progress in the state already. Speaking at the event for the inauguration of Kushinagar International airport, the CM said it will boost tourism in the Buddhist circuit and generate employment opportunities.
Yogi Aditya Nath said the work is in progress for Ayodhya airport and the air connectivity in the state is getting strengthened which will give an impetus for development. Modi said while inaugurating the Kushinagar International Airport, said that this was a manifestation of decades of aspirations and efforts.
