UP Board 2023 exam starts from today, CM orders to conduct copyless exam

UP board exam has started today from 16th February. The board has made very strict arrangements for the 2023 exam. Meanwhile, CM Yogi has also ordered live monitoring of each examination center to ensure that the UP Board exams are conducted with utmost transparency. Two control rooms have been set up to monitor these examination centres. Not only this, strict arrangements have been made to ensure that no mistakes are made in the examination. According to the press release, the schools where any discrepancy is found in the online monitoring, the administrator of the concerned examination center will be contacted and the nodal officer will get it investigated. The state board examinations have started from 16th February i.e. today. Two control rooms have been set up in Lucknow to monitor the board exams. The first control room is working as a camp office in the Secondary Education Department while the second one has been set up in Vidya Samiksha Kendra. Supervisors have been deployed in all 75 districts of the state to monitor the examinations, who will review the entire examination and submit the report to the government.
The press release further states, “Here the nodal officers have been given divisional responsibility. For example, the officers looking after the Varanasi division are monitoring the arrangement of each examination center in each district of that division online. A control room has also been set up in all 75 districts, which is directly monitoring the examination centers of their districts online."
